Vanderbilt’s offers special order service at all of our retail locations. If a style/size is manufactured by one of our vendors, we would be happy to place an order the vendor and contact you for in-store pick-up. Please contact your nearest Vanderbilt’s location where they can check availability and confirm pricing.
Vanderbilt’s does not offer online ordering at this time. We are working to offer the ability to check stock of your favorite products at your nearest Vanderbilt’s location, but that option will not be available until late 2019 or early 2020. Until that is ready, please call or e-mail your nearest Vanderbilt’s location and they would be happy to check stock for in-store pick-up or have it shipped directly to you.
Vanderbilt’s does offer a military discount during special promotional periods. Those discount periods will be advertised on our website, through social media and in-store notices.
Gift cards can be purchased at all Vanderbilt’s retail locations. To place an order for a gift card to be sent to you, please contact your nearest Vanderbilt’s location and they would be happy to take your payment and send one to you, or the gift card recipient, through the mail.
Vanderbilt’s currently accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover at all retail locations. We do not accept checks for payment.

New, unworn merchandise can be returned for a refund within 30 days. After 30 days, a Vanderbilt’s gift card will be issued for new, unworn returns.
