Vanderbilt’s offers special order service at all of our retail locations. If a style/size is manufactured by one of our vendors, we would be happy to place an order the vendor and contact you for in-store pick-up. Please contact your nearest Vanderbilt’s location where they can check availability and confirm pricing.
Vanderbilt’s does not offer online ordering at this time. We are working to offer the ability to check stock of your favorite products at your nearest Vanderbilt’s location, but that option will not be available until late 2019 or early 2020. Until that is ready, please call or e-mail your nearest Vanderbilt’s location and they would be happy to check stock for in-store pick-up or have it shipped directly to you.
Vanderbilt’s does offer a military discount during special promotional periods. Those discount periods will be advertised on our website, through social media and in-store notices.
Gift cards can be purchased at all Vanderbilt’s retail locations. To place an order for a gift card to be sent to you, please contact your nearest Vanderbilt’s location and they would be happy to take your payment and send one to you, or the gift card recipient, through the mail.
Vanderbilt’s currently accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover at all retail locations. We do not accept checks for payment.

New, unworn merchandise can be returned for a refund within 60 days. After 60 days, a Vanderbilt’s gift card will be issued for new, unworn returns.
Vanderbilt’s knows you work hard for your money, and Vanderbilt’s is committed to providing the lowest prices, every day, so price matching is available at all Vanderbilt’s locations. If you find a lower price somewhere else on an identical, in-stock merchandise item advertised in print by any local retailer, show us the ad while it remains valid and we will match that price.
Naturally, the price we’re matching must be for an identical product by the same manufacturer (model, color, components, etc.) and the price compared must include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. The price to be matched must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement, and in-stock for immediate shipment by an authorized stocking dealer. The competitor’s advertisement must be current, with price adjustments limited to one price match per item.
All claims on previously purchased items must be made within 10 days of purchase. Price Matching is not valid on competitor’s promotional codes, coupons, or memberships. We do not price match against auction sites, such as Ebay, or on mis-made items. Price must be valid at the time price match is requested. We reserve the right to verify the price and availability of identical items and the right to limit quantities to one-per-customer, per day, per item. We will not issue rain checks. We reserve the right to not match misprinted ad prices.
To be fair, Vanderbilt’s reserves the right to refuse any comparisons on:
Any Factory “Second”, “Blemished” or “Used” items
Any “Going out of Business”, “Liquidation Sales”, “Closeout Sales” or similar instances priced below standard dealer cost.
Any prices that result from a sale price combined with additional discounts such as coupon codes
Any Auctions, affiliate coupons, “first time customer” promotional offers, paid or unpaid membership clubs, unauthorized dealers, private individuals, or stores not located in the United States.
Any Buy One Get One Free, special promotions, rebates, or limited quantity offers.

Vanderbilt’s may take reasonable action to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce this policy and all other policies, laws, rules, and regulations governing Vanderbilt’s, its customers and their shopping experience.
