RETURNS

We recommend all footwear is tried on at home on carpet, to ensure a proper fit, and prevent any outsole wear. Boots that are in new, resalable condition can be returned with receipts for refund within 30 days. At this time, we are unable to process exchange requests so any boots that are returned in new, resalable condition will be issued a refund. Please send product to the address on our contact us page.

For defective returns, please call us at 785-456-9100 and we can discuss your options. Boots that are possibly defective will be returned to the manufacturer's quality control department for examination. Please clean up any dirty boots and renew as good as possible. Dirty boots will be refused by Vanderbilt’s and the manufacturer. Below is the return schedule from the date-of-purchase and credit policy for footwear that is found to be defective.

0-30 days = 100%
31-60 days = 75%
61-90 days = 50%
91-120 days = 25%

Footwear found to have abusive sole and upper treatment may not be returned for any reason. Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

As soon as you return your item to us and it's received in our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks are taking as long as a week to process and post these refunds to their customers' accounts.
